Anybody have any clue how to find out how to pay royalties to movie companies if u want to sell movies online?

So far, I’ve found out that there is a set standard for music royalties but not for movies. I’ve searched and searched online and can’t find anything that at least points me in the right direction to find out how to do this. Anybody have a clue?
