Klay :
I know they are all over the country. I looked online and there’s job openings, but they never said what wages were. I would be the person behind the counter selling reeds, music instruction books, and recommending instruments and cases to people. Anyone know?

Minimum wage plus a percentage of what you sell, if you are lucky. In almost all those jobs, they only hire people who can PLAY AN INSTRUMENT… so if you can’t play an instrument or read music or have a background in music… then I rather doubt you will be hired.
It just makes sense… how can you possibly tell me which Guitar Pick to buy out of the many which are available, if you can’t play the guitar…
I only make $8 an hour, but I’m only part-time. You only make a percentage if you are full-time.
Also Garrison, I totally know where you are coming from, but believe it or not one of the sales people where I work only plays the radio and that’s the only musical knowledge she has but she is our top salesperson.
